House Rules

RENTAL AGREEMENT: A signed rental agreement is required after booking, before arrival. You can review this agreement before booking at bit.ly/2ZeAKhP. Once you confirm your reservation, we'll message you with instructions on completing this agreement.

CHECK-IN/ CHECK OUT: Check-in starts at 3 pm, but you’re welcome to arrive any time after that as we offer self check-in. Check-out is 11 am. The “Welcome Book” will have specific instructions for what to do prior to your departure.

PETS: You’re welcome to bring up to two dogs. Our home is in a quiet neighborhood. As a courtesy to our wonderful neighbors, please ensure your dog isn't bothering neighboring properties. Guests will be responsible for any damage associated with pets (i.e., scratched doors, pushed-out screens, scratched furniture). Guests agree to remove all pet waste from the property.

SMOKING/ RECREATIONAL FIRES: Please no smoking inside or outside the home. With extremely dry forests and a yearly fire season, we ask you don't smoke anywhere on the property. For the same reason, recreational fires are not allowed on the property.

RECREATIONAL VEHICLES: RVs, campers, and/or trailers are not allowed on this property during your stay.

WHAT TO BRING: You’ll find all the essentials and cooking basics in the home. This includes towels, bed sheets, pillows, soap, 3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, pots and pans, one roll of paper towels, dishes, flatware, coffee pot and filters, blender, toaster, dish soap, sponge, laundry detergent, garbage bags, and propane for BBQ. We do not provide hairdryers, irons, ironing boards, or Pak-n-Plays.

EVENTS: This home cannot be used as an event location or gathering place for people in excess of the maximum guest count.

PARKING: The parking is along the fence line between the home and the Bridge Street Grill. Parking in front of the garage door is for the adjacent home. If you need additional parking space, there is more parking between the fence and Hwy 75 for additional cars and/or a vehicle with an ATV trailer, Etc.

QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM out of consideration for the neighbors.

FIREARMS: There are no firearms to be used on or around the property.

The space
Location: The home is located in Lower Stanley, approximately 1 mile from the community of Stanley in the heart of the Sawtooth National Recreation Area centrally located for all the recreational activities and approximately 15 minutes from Redfish Lake.

Maximum Guest Count: Sleeps 8

Beds: 1 king-sized bed; 1 queen-sized bed, 4 twin beds.

Bedrooms: The primary bedroom with a king-sized bed is upstairs. The second bedroom with 2 twin-sized beds is upstairs. The third bedroom with a queen-sized bed is downstairs, and the fourth bedroom with 2 twin-sized beds is downstairs. It is necessary to pass through the fourth bedroom in order to enter the third bedroom.

Bathrooms: 2 full bathrooms. 1 bathroom has a shower; 1 has a shower/tub combination.

Amenities: On the banks of the Salmon River, large log deck with glass top table and 6 chairs, propane gas barbecue, wood-burning fireplace (wood provided) washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, WiFi, fully stocked kitchen, linens, towels, soaps.
Additional notes
Cancellation policy: Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.

Security/ Damage Deposit: There is a $500 security deposit on this reservation. Provided that real and personal property is in the same condition as when occupancy commenced and all terms of this Agreement are met, we’ll initiate a release of the $500 within 14 days after your checkout or before the next guest checks in.
