House Rules

RENTAL AGREEMENT: A signed rental agreement is required after booking, before arrival. You can review this agreement before booking at https://bit.ly/3oSrE4Y. Once you confirm your reservation, we'll message you with instructions on completing this agreement.

CHECK-IN/ CHECK OUT: Check-in starts at 3 pm, but you’re welcome to arrive any time after that as we offer self check-in. Check-out is 11 am. The “Welcome Book” will have specific instructions for what to do prior to your departure.

PETS: Pets are not allowed at this property.

SMOKING/ RECREATIONAL FIRES: Please no smoking inside or outside the home. With extremely dry forests and a yearly fire season, we ask you don't smoke anywhere on the property. For the same reason, recreational fires are not allowed on the property.

RECREATIONAL VEHICLES: Campers and RV trailers can not be used to add additional sleeping capacity above the advertised maximum guest count. You are welcome to bring a small RV as long as the guest count is not exceeded.

WHAT TO BRING: You’ll find all the essentials and cooking basics in the home. This includes towels, bed sheets, pillows, soap, 3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, pots and pans, one roll of paper towels, dishes, flatware, coffee pot and filters, blender, toaster, dish soap, sponge, laundry detergent, garbage bags, and propane for BBQ. We do not provide hairdryers, irons, ironing boards, or Pak-n-Plays.

EVENTS: This home cannot be used as an event location or gathering place for people in excess of the maximum guest count.

PARKING: The parking area is in front of the garage door. The parking area on the other side of the parking area is for guests using the small cabin. If you need additional parking space, there is more parking between the fence and Hwy 75 for additional cars and/or a vehicle with an ATV trailer, etc.

QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM out of consideration for the neighbors.

FIREARMS: There are no firearms to be used on or around the property.

The space
Location: This home is located in Lower Stanley, less than 2 miles from the heart of Stanley, on a private, wooded lot protected from the road by a fence and trees. The home is centrally located for all the recreational activities and 15 minutes from Redfish Lake.

Maximum Guest Count: Sleeps 10

Beds: 2 king-sized beds; 2 queen-sized beds, 2 twin beds.

Bedrooms: Five private bedrooms. There are four bedrooms on the main level and one bedroom upstairs. This home has two main bedrooms with a king-sized bed (one upstairs and one on the main level).

Bathrooms: 3 full bathrooms. 2 bathrooms have shower/tub combinations; 1 has a walk-in, handicap accessible shower

Amenities: On the banks of the Salmon River, wheelchair accessible, large log deck with a sun filtering cover, 2 glass top tables and a large variety of chairs, granite counters in the kitchen, propane gas barbecue, two wood-burning fireplaces (wood provided), washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, WiFi, local telephone and fully stocked kitchen.
Additional notes
Cancellation policy: Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.

Security/ Damage Deposit: There is a $500 security deposit on this reservation. Provided that real and personal property is in the same condition as when occupancy commenced and all terms of this Agreement are met, we’ll initiate a release of the $500 within 14 days after your checkout or before the next guest checks in.
