House Rules

RENTAL AGREEMENT: A signed rental agreement is required within a week after booking and before arrival. You're welcome to review this agreement before booking, just send us a message. Once you confirm your reservation, we'll message you with instructions on completing this agreement.

CHECK-IN/ CHECK OUT: Check-in starts at 3 pm, but you’re welcome to arrive any time after that as we offer self check-in. Check-out is 11 am. The “Welcome Book” will have specific instructions for what to do prior to your departure.

PETS: You’re welcome to bring up to two dogs. Our home is in a quiet neighborhood. As a courtesy to our wonderful neighbors, please ensure your dog isn't bothering neighboring properties. Guests will be responsible for any damage associated with pets (i.e., scratched doors, pushed-out screens, scratched furniture). Guests agree to remove all pet waste from the property.

SMOKING/ RECREATIONAL FIRES: Please no smoking inside or outside the home. With extremely dry forests and a yearly fire season, we ask you don't smoke anywhere on the property. For the same reason, recreational fires are not allowed on the property.

RECREATIONAL VEHICLES: Campers and RV trailers can not be used to add additional sleeping capacity above the advertised maximum guest count. You are welcome to bring a small RV as long as the guest count is not exceeded.

WHAT TO BRING: You’ll find all the essentials and cooking basics in the home. This includes towels, bed sheets, pillows, soap, 3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, pots and pans, one roll of paper towels, dishes, flatware, coffee pot and filters, blender, toaster, dish soap, sponge, laundry detergent, garbage bags, and propane for BBQ. We do not provide hairdryers, irons, ironing boards, or Pak-n-Plays.

EVENTS: This home cannot be used as an event location or gathering place for people in excess of the maximum guest count.

PARKING: There is a 4 car limit on this property.

QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM out of consideration for the neighbors.

FIREARMS: There are no firearms to be used on or around the property.

Maximum Guest Count: Sleeps 7

Beds: 2 queen-sized beds; 1 twin bed; pullout couch which has 2 separate twin beds.

Bedrooms: 2 private bedrooms. The main bedroom has a queen-sized bed. The 2nd bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a twin bed, and a pullout couch with 2 twin beds. There is a privacy screen in this room which can be closed to separate the queen-sized bed from the other sleeping accommodations.

Bathrooms: 2 full bathrooms; one with a shower, the other with a bathtub/shower combination.

Amenities: Views of the Sawtooth Mountains, the Salmon River, and the Boulder-White Cloud Mountains, large wrap-around deck, propane gas barbecue, wood-burning fireplace (wood is not provided), washer and dryer in an unfinished downstairs area, dishwasher, microwave, WiFi, TV w/Blu-ray player (no TV service), local telephone service, fully stocked kitchen, linens, towels, and soaps.
Neighborhood overview
This property is located upon the mesa above Hwy 75, about 13 miles from Stanley in the Fisher Creek area. Redfish Lake is about 10 minutes away, located 1/2 way between the home and Stanley. There is one neighbor next door, set behind the property and out of sight of the views. All the other neighbors are a long distance away, giving you ample privacy.
